State Graduation Rate Increases, Area Districts Improve

The Georgia Department of Education released the state’s 2013 overall public high school graduation rate on Wednesday.

It’s 71.5 percent, up two percentage points from 2012.

It also marks an increase of 4 percentage points from 2011.

Atlanta Public Schools – 58.6

Clayton County Schools – 55.8

Cobb County Schools – 76.5

DeKalb County Schools – 58.9

Fulton County Schools – 75.5
