Authorities have confirmed that at least 19 children and two adults are dead following a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX on Tuesday.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott identified 18-year-old Salvador Ramos as the suspect in the shooting.

Authorities say he was shot and killed by law enforcement officers.

On Wednesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Rev. Jackson, also a state senator, reflected on the tragedy and discussed the need for Democrats and Republicans to work together to establish gun control solutions.
