“Le Petit Prince” is an iconic book. From its illustrations to its cast of characters, the Prince teaches lessons of friendship, growing up, dreams and how to see with the heart.
And there’s no better theater company to present “The Little Prince” than the Theater of the Dream, or Théâtre du Rêve, Atlanta’s own francophone theater company.
“It’s adventurous and it’s very personal at the same time,” said actor Chris Kayser, who portrays The Aviator in the show, in an interview with Lois Reitzes. “Everybody remembers what it’s like to believe with the eyes and ears of the child and it recalls that in grown-ups while it’s gently mocking grown-ups.”
Théâtre du Rêve’s Artistic Director and director of the show Carolyn Cook shared one of her favorite aspects of the show.
