Three Metro Atlanta cities top a list of most generous GoFundMe donors

Recently, GoFundMe unveiled its 2023 Year in Help report. The report highlights important fundraising data from the year, including a list of the most generous cities in the U.S.
Marietta was named the second most generous city for supporting individuals, causes and organizations this year after being at the very top of the list last year.
Alpharetta is the sixth most generous city in 2023, and Atlanta came in at number 10.
GoFundMe’s chief corporate affairs officer, Margaret Richardson, joined “All Things Considered” to discuss the report’s findings and how they reflect on the state.
