True Colors celebrates the holiday with Black Nativity

Langston Hughes' retelling of the birth of Christ hits Atlanta



– Since opening on Broadway in 1961, Black Nativity has become a holiday tradition at theaters in Boston and Seattle?and now, Kenny Leon's True Colors Theater Company has brought their own adaptation to Atlanta. WABE's Lois Reitzes recently spoke with director and choreographer Patdro Harris about the company's unique take on such a familiar story.
