Trump indictment looms as Fani Willis prepares to bring her case to grand jury

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is set to start presenting a wide-reaching racketeering — or RICO case — against former president Donald Trump to a grand jury Monday.
The Fulton grand jury will soon decide whether to indict Trump, and his allies, for attempting to overthrow the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia.
Barricades are up and security is heightened around the Fulton County Courthouse in downtown Atlanta.
Tensions are also heightened as newsrooms and the public wait for that potential indictment. WABE political reporter Sam Gringlas, who is preparing for several sleepless nights this week, joined “Morning Edition” to catch listeners up on the latest.
