The 56 units in the 1960s-era Atlanta Motel, located on Moreland Avenue right off I-20 in east Atlanta, will be renovated by the developer Stryant. It will be open to people who have been homeless for more than a year.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her team can no longer continue prosecuting the case.
