The increase in new seedlings is largely due to planting rather than occurring naturally.

It’s Policing Alternatives and Diversion Initiative.

The Atlanta City Council pushed back on Mayor Andre Dickens’ decision not to extend the nonprofit’s contract. PAD helps those living in extreme poverty or with substance abuse and mental health crises by connecting them with services.
