'You Belong Here' Latinx photography exhibit examines identity and otherness at Carlos Museum
A collection of stirring images from today’s Latinx photographers has made its way across the country to Atlanta.
The exhibition “You Belong Here: Place, People and Purpose in Latinx Photography” examines identity, belonging and otherness in Latinx life in America. It’s on view at the Michael C. Carlos Museum through Dec. 3.
In this interview, “City Lights” producer Summer Evans is joined by the chief curator from the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles, Pilar Tompkins Rivas, along with the Carlos Museum’s site curator, Dr. Andi McKenzie.
